As a dispatcher I want to have an overview of all my activities in order to better identify and find them without the need of looking on different places like:

  • is the activity not yet planned? so then I need to see it in the service call detail list
  • what are all activities related to a project?
  • what's the status of all activities related to a project?
  • what are the activities that have been planned today?
  • how can i have an overview of all activities assigned to a certain technician?

The activity list should be the central place to start looking for information. From the single activity I want to be able to jump to the specific "area" where such activity belongs (project management, planning list, planning board, service call)
